Michael Ceraso

founder & Executive Director

Mike Ceraso has nearly two decades of experience in communications, advocacy and electoral politics. in 2020, He founded Winning Margins as a communications firm supporting emerging voices from the entrepreneurial, sports, political and advocacy sectors.

His experience includes serving as New Hampshire state director for Pete Buttigieg, California state director for Bernie Sanders, policy advisor on Capitol Hill, program director for AirBnB and founder and executive director of Community Groundwork, a 501(c)(3).

He runs two Substack newsletters:

• Ceraso’s Corner - business-oriented insights from The intersection of comms, wrestling, comics, and politics

• Ceraso & Friends - a playful, poetic, and at times, emotional dispatch from Mike and all the amazing people in his life

And, perhaps most importantly, in 2026, he did three months at the New Japan Wrestling Academy in Los Angeles. It took him to hell and back, and he’s a better person, and wrestler, for it.
