Le’Kiesha French is the executive producer for the Green Project, founder of Prenerology Global, and a leading advocate for equity in entrepreneurship.

Le’Kiesha French believes in lifting people up to reach their potential and liberating them through entrepreneurship. She has converted nearly two decades of global business development experience into impactful change through visionary execution. Her latest venture, The Future in Color and its associated FIC Labs, is dedicated to accelerating equity and economic empowerment by 2045, when Black and Latino communities are expected to overtake the U.S. demographic majority.

Le’Kiesha has positioned herself as an inclusive Innovation & Entrepreneurship ecosystem-building expert, and her consulting work with stakeholders to build equitable models, programming and tools has transformed the landscape of early-stage startups, small businesses, educational institutions, corporations and government agencies.

Le’Kiesha also founded and serves as executive producer for the Green Project, which tracks and quantifies the contributions of Black innovators and entrepreneurs to increase investment in high-growth Black businesses that lead to wealth creation. She also founded Preneurology Global and co-founded Weed Street. The former empowers people through entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem building, while the latter is a first-of-its-kind cannabis fintech company that is the only Black-owned and female-led credit union democratizing access to wealth creation for cannabis businesses and consumers.
