ZABINA ‘DR. ZEE’ BHASIN

Zabina is founder and CEO of In Kidz.

Dr. Zabina “Dr. Zee” Bhasin, is a child psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership. As a Cornell-educated expert, she is the founder and driving force behind In KidZ, a pioneering EdTech company that champions multicultural education and emotional wellness for children.

Born and raised in California, the South Asian-American doctor recalls being bullied because of her culture. Her experiences made her a passionate advocate against bullying and in favor of mental health awareness.

Dr. Zee’s work has earned recognition on platforms like Good Morning America, Today Parents and Good Morning New York, as well as in publications such as Vogue. She has been named one of Forbes’ NEXT 1000 ENTREPRENEURS, has been nominated for the 2023 Women in Toys Social Impact Award and has been the Champion of Diversity and Inclusion at the Toy of the Year Awards.

Her work also includes programming such as “Dr. Zee KidZ Korner” and “KidZ View: The Future Is Now.” She has written a book, soon to be released, called “Listen to the Kids: Guiding the Next Generation.”

She sits on the Toy Association’s board of directors, the United Sikhs board and the Concordia advisory board.
